What is it?

Bring your family for a 30-minute outdoor photo session by
our school photographer, Coffee Pond Photography. Tell the photographer what
shots you want: family, siblings, couple, individuals, etc. They encourage you
to include your pets and extended family.The sitting fee is $30.00, which is donated to the Ward School PTO. There is an additional $35.00 administrative
fee, which you pay directly to Coffee Pond.Your proofs will be available online about ten days after your
photo session. You can order prints, holiday cards, and other photo products directly
from Coffee Pond.

When and Where?

All photos will be taken outdoors at the Auburndale Cove, Newton. You can make an appointment with
Coffee Pond between 9:00 am to 4:30 pm for either of these sessions:

Session 1:     Sunday, October 4 Rain
date: Sunday, November 8 (yes, the
following month)

                     Return
form no later than: Friday, September 25.

Session 2:     Saturday, October 31 Rain
date: Sunday, November 1

                     Return
form no later than: Friday, October 23.

How do I sign up?

Return the form below to the Family Picture Day box in the Ward
lobby with at $30.00 check to Ward School
PTO. We will send you further details about how to schedule a specific date
and time with Coffee Pond for your family photo session. Sign up as soon as
possible, so that you can find convenient times.
