Applications for Ward After-School
2020-21 school year!
Applications will be emailed to currently enrolled families.  For families new to our program, you can email us at to request an application.  You must submit a new application each school year.
Some important things to note about the application process:
  • Our program operates 3:00-6:00 four days a week, and 12:30-6:00 on Tuesdays and early release Wednesdays/Thursdays.
  • We have a two-day minimum for enrollment.
  • There is a $50 application fee.
  • Applications are due by March 27.  This is a REAL deadline!
  • Tuition costs will be determined by the number of applications received.  For a summary of the current year's rates, please email the director, Donna Marohn.
  • Our program strives to accommodate all who apply by the deadline.  However, we may receive more applications than spots available in accordance with our child care license.  A waitlist may be necessary.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at, or 617-965-3087.

Save the Date:
Ward International Night is on April 16th!
We're calling out to all families to please consider hosting a booth representing a country - whether it's your native origin, a place you've lived in, or a part of the world that you're interested in or connected to. Your stories can provide a cultural lesson of celebrated diversity. This is a wonderful opportunity for our children to learn about countries, cultures and customs beyond their own.

Please use the sign-up sheet below to select a country or a role to pitch in:

Please contact Cheryl Abramson ( or Zlatena Simeonova ( if you have any questions.
