A No Cost Way to Support Ward School
The holidays are right around the corner. If you plan to shop online, please use OneCause to initiate your purchases. This program turns your purchases into much-needed funds for Ward School. Purchases initiated through the One Cause website (www.onecause.com) automatically contribute between 1% - 20% of the purchase price to Ward PTO, with no extra cost to you!
How does it work? OneCause (formerly called Schoolpop) is a shopping program that educational organizations can use for fundraising. Shoppers register with OneCause by creating a profile and choosing the John Ward Elementary School PTO (zip code 02459) as the school they want to support.
Once registered, go to the OneCause website and select the store in which you would like to shop. Amazon.com, Toys R Us, Shutterfly, Lands End, Ann Taylor, Back to Basic Toys, Target, North Face, Pottery Barn and The Children's Place are just a few of the many, many merchants that participate in the program (i.e. chances are, your favorite stores are included!) Shop at the selected site, make your purchase, and within 3 months a percentage of your purchase will go to Ward School. It's as simple as that!
