Math and Technology Night

Thursday, March 12th 5:45-7:00pm

Join us for Family Math and Technology Night at Ward School. Math games and activities are available at each grade level with special examples of technology use for each grade in the library. Please remember that you are responsible for supervising your child.

Are you ready for summer???? Join in Bingo, purchase baked goodies, and bid on some great options for your kids at the Ward School summer fun auction! We don't have enough room at Ward School, so all of us will get a preview of Bigelow.

Can't attend?... contact Beth Coomber and someone can proxy bid for you!
Proceeds go to fund special speakers and programs for Ward School through the Creative Arts and Sciences Program.

Check your calendar and check out the items ....

Mathnasium. A 12 session math summer program. Your child will work 1-1 with an instructor. Children entering K through high school. Fit sessions around your families vacation and other plans. Value $495. Minimum bid $200.

Beaver Country Day Camp -- A two week session. Good for a child between 3-12. Must be used the first session which runs from June 29th through July 10th. Value $1110. Minimum bid $500.

Chestnut Hill School Camp -- A two week session. Good for a child between age 3-14 (they have a teen program). Must be used either session I which runs June 22nd - July 3rd or Session IV which runs August 3rd - August 14th 2009. Value $990. Minimum bid $450.

Meadowbrook Day Camp -- A certificate for 2 weeks of camp. Good for any child in K-6. Must be used July 27th - August 7th. Value $1100. Minimum bid $500.

The Rivers Day Camp, Weston MA. One campership for two weeks worth $1100. For the weeks of June 22nd through July 3rd. Point to point transportation included. Hot lunch and snack included. No camper currently enrolled at Rivers Day Camp for this up-coming season can exchange his or her enrollment tuition for this auctioned item, but it can be used to add two weeks to the current season, or use it for the following year camp tuition. Minimum bid $500.

Harvard Tennis Academy - A $200 Gift Certificate towards a week of camp any time from June 29 - August 14, 2009. Good for any child over 4. Full and half day programs available. Costs vary by age. Minimum bid $100.

Energy Fitness and Gymnastics - One full week (5 days) of summer camp for one child. Good any session. Camp runs June 22nd through August 28th. Value $425. Minimum bid $200.
JCC Sports Camp -- Good for any week. Ages vary with programs. Value approximately $400. Minimum bid $200.
Newton Indoor Sports Gift Certificate. One week of vacation camp. Ages 7-15. Programs run weekly from June 29th through September 4th. Value $195.

Child Membership at the YMCA. Age 6 months to 13 years. Provides member rate discount to their camp programs as well as access to member only benefits. Costs vary with camp. Value $120. Minimum bid $50.

Create-a-Cook Camp. $100 toward enrollment in a summer program. Valid weeks of June 15th, June 22 and August 31st. Minimum bid $50.
